The hardest thing I would say is to figure out what a woman actually wants from you. I have been in a number of relationships in my lifetime, but only a couple of them were easy for me to understand. I knew what they wanted, some just wanted it to be purely physical, whereas, another wanted to take it nice and slow so we would eventually end up marrying each other and surprisingly some had a little too weird sex fantasies for me. However, most of them were really confusing. I was not able to tell whether she was actually interested in me. One thing that women are great it and we cannot even come close to is sending mixed signals. I have literally gotten headaches trying to understand what most of them expected from me.

However, I was eventually able to understand most of them and this article will explain you a couple of different personal experiences that highlight perfectly the type of girls that there are. Firstly, I met one girl that I approached at a club and told her straight up that I was interested in her. She said some unpleasant things to me and left. The mistake I made was that I tried to go straight to the top of the ladder, when I should have tried to go systematically.

The next time around, I met another every attractive woman at a nice dinner party and I started very slowly, keeping in mind that my direct approach rarely works. We had a nice conversation and really hit things off; I felt a nice connection that I really wanted to work on. However, instead of throwing myself at her that night, I left with a single and a phone number. I do not know how I was able to control myself, but now I had something to look forward too. After a couple of weeks, there was no contact between us and she did not even bothered to answer my phone calls, then I asked a common friend of ours to see if she knew anything. In addition, to my surprise, my friend told me that the girl I was calling did not want anything to do with me because I blew her off that night at the dinner. I did not know what to do and was very shocked because for once, I tried to make the right move and it backfired.

However, I did not let this derail my willingness to succeed and end up in a real relationship. Moving along, after that drama I actually met a couple of more girls that I dated, but was not really able to close the deal for one reason or another. These were four real examples of the types of women that I actually dated and I was left speechless due to the response. I cannot be too strong or too soft, some just want a friend, others do not allow any touching and some just want sex. I am still working on trying to understand the psyche of women, but until then all I can do is keep trying.

People who achieve success and extraordinary growth in business are normally those who are original, ingenious and creative. All of these are qualities of people who like being themselves and reflecting their original personality in what they do rather than imitating somebody else. Businessmen, like rock stars should aim for success that is based on their individuality and that promotes their original thoughts, agendas and objectives. All famous people around the world from musicians, actors and even reformers have been praised and followed because they added something new and creative to their field. They were able to think out of the box and market a product or service that nobody else had done before. This is the key to success for any other profession as well.

Surprisingly, being a hard worker in this regard is not enough because you can work hard and continue to follow a conventional pattern or format to success. It is possible that your hard work will pay off but you will not be able to enjoy success in its truest sense and nor would you be able to set your mark in your respective field. This is why many career experts and consultants believe that you should follow the path that is meant for you and that defines who you are. Parents should help their children figure out their originality and individuality in school so that they can work to pursue higher studies and career in a field of their choice.

Working for a living should not be about waking up in the morning and heading off to work that you do not enjoy. If you are working in a field of your choice, there is a high probability that your work efficiency level, work ethics and level of hard work will be high. Not only that, you will enjoy the stimulating work environment around you and you will feel positively challenged to achieve your personal and professional goals. In this way, your creativity and originality will be promoted and you’ll be able to contribute significantly at your work place, increasing your chances of promotion and long-term success. But not everyone is lucky enough to find what they want to do with their professional lives at a young age. If you are unsure of what your career path should be and you’re possibly working for an employer whose work objectives are indifferent, it will be harder for you to achieve success but it won’t be entirely impossible.

Many people start working in fields that they are not inclined towards but after hard work and taking genuine interest in their work, they naturally become inclined towards it and unconsciously start to contribute towards their work environment. In any case, being yourself is very important, whether it means establishing your own dressing sense, communicating with your seniors and peers or making presentations. No matter what you do, your style should be entirely your own because nobody in the professional field pays much attention to people who try their best to follow norms and fit in with the rest even if it means changing who they are.
